At Alignme, every product is carefully made to order and shipped with the utmost care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated transit times are:

  • US domestic orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are general estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal service efficiency.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and selected shipping option. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Alignme is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges incurred once the shipment reaches your country.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your address at checkout. Alignme is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging all items securely. In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Include your order number and clear photos if applicable — we’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery or to accommodate different production times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply. We will contact you to confirm your correct address and arrange reshipment.
